Jim P was very patient with me and my 2 big dogs. He was very courteous and and prompt. took care of business and was on his way. Very thorough too.

We always get top notch service from Fred's. Their prices are right and their responsiveness can't be beat. The technician, Andrew, who services our 3 systems is so professional and personable. He does a great job of telling me what he's doing and what he's found on his inspection. We purchase a service agreement every year and it's well worth it. We had Fred's replace one of our systems several years ago and we couldn't be more pleased with it, a Trane.
Jason at Fred's Heating and Air was extremely helpful. He was able to get my AC system running smoothly again, as well as give me the information I needed for future repairs/maintenance. I would highly recommend Fred's. They were timely and courteous, and Jason worked quickly and efficiently.
