Honesty, I never bought a car from here. However have had my car serviced here many times. Colby, in service has made sure of it that all needs were met and customer service was TOP notch. Added bonus, the wine bar inside is pretty good too!!

Service manager was completely arrogant and disrespectful to my wife over a tire he sent out of his shop damaged. General Motors has confirmed they are the worst dealership in the area and recommended another dealer for us to use because of the amount of complaints they have received.
Bill and David were the best! At no point did I ever feel “pressured” to buy. This place is definitely my go to place for all future purchases. And yes, I fell in love with the Xt5, and bought it!
The customer service is amazing. I always recommend them whether buying a new Luxury car, used car or just need your car serviced! They are the real deal when it comes to Fort Worth classy service!

Bad experience. Was awaiting an answer from the sales rep Kyle Edgar regarding a question on condition of vehicle before I drove there from North Dallas to buy a car. Was told I would get my answer the next morning... He apparently didn’t go into the office the next morning (or day). Told me he would get back to me the next morning (again).
