I just want to take a moment to say I’ve had the best experiences with the service staff at Frank Kent, specifically Andrew Otis. I own a Fisker Karma, and I’ve had to bring it in for a few fixes. Each time, it amazes me the sincerity and care with which Andrew diagnoses and fixes my car’s issues. He goes above and beyond, and that’s literally all one could hope for when stressing about this sort of thing. Thanks Andrew!

David Simpson has failed to return my calls. it's been over 2 months won't talk to me won't give me a call back to let me know anything. Won't give the rest of my down payment back for a truck they cannot Finance me in and that I gave back. I put down $1,900 for a vehicle they cannot Finance me in, return thevehicle and would not give me my full down payment back.
