RecommendedI bought a used car from FK. The process was very smooth during the transaction. However after taking the vehicle to a mechanic to fix what we thought was a small issue we were told it was over $4000. So we reached out to Frank Kent. They asked us to bring the vehicle in to look at. Even gave us a loaner car. They called back and said they found the same issues as the other mechanic and that they were fixing it for us for $100. I've been a Cadillac owner since I was 19 and I just noticed that the quality has gone down tremendously. I had my car in the shop last week with one of the complaints being that it squeaks very loudly when I tried to come to a stop - as if I have bad brakes or something - to the point of where everyone turns and looks Wherever I Go -which is very embarrassing for me because I don't pay the kind of money that I pay to drive a raggedy loud car. I must say this dealership and there finance dept is amazing. I was in a bad situation credit wise and I mean bad. They made a way to get me financed and I was shocked.
