Nothing but great experiences here! Shawn made leasing our XT5 easy and painless. We were in and out in about an hour! Debbie has been great with all of my service issues! She is super helpful and very accommodating. Everyone is so friendly from the lady who prepares your loaner to the guys who greet you when you pull up! I highly recommend Frank Kent!
They have started to work with me..I have traded my car for a better model and if they actually get the things domne that I've asked for, we will be ok
My first experience was wonderful but my second experience was not so wonderful. Hope others aren’t affected the way we were with lack of follow up after 3 weeks. There are other great body shops who will work on Escalades so just do your homework!
Shame on you, will never use your facility again.
