AVOID CREST!!! They sold me a truck that had a replacement tail light in it. I did not know it at the time. I called Crest to schedule service In the spring/summer and they said I should reschedule later, they were short staffed and busy. So, I finally scheduled through a local Ford dealership due to blind spot sensors being on. I had purchased an extended warranty through MPP. We purchased a used vehicle this week. I specifically ask if it came with two keys and it did. Realized the next day that the second key wasn’t working. Figured it was just a battery so my husband took it to the dealership of the specific car brand to replace the battery only to find out the key doesn’t belong to the car I Purchased.
