Sapaugh service department was great. I can’t say enough good things about Ryan. I will have to say I was hesitant when this young guy walked up and said he was going to take care of my account. He called back and said the head gasket was blow and they would have to see if the extended warranty would cover it. I really started worrying, this 20 something is going to argue my case with an extended warranty company? I was never happier to be wrong. He took care of everything. Always a pleasant experience at Genesis. They go above and beyond. From oil changes to warranty issues they do whatever they can to make it right and make me feel welcome. Highly recommend.

Bought my first Cadillac this week and I could not be happier with the experience! Brendan was a very knowledgeable, no pressure Cadillac expert who made me feel comfortable and not a bit pressured throughout the process. The finance team got me all available discounts and incentives, then beat my local banks rate with 0% financing! Very pleased with my vehicle choice and my dealership choice!

Bought a Cadillac 3 weeks ago. Gave our insurance card when we paid for car. 2weeks later they call for insurance card. Still not registered. Today week 3 still not registered and they need a copy of insurance card again. Very disorganized

Heard good things about their collision center. Had some body and paint work done on my truck. Couldn’t be happier with the results. It looks brand new again and the turn around was quick. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
