The quality of the truck is fine but dealing with Frank Kent financial people has been horrible! I had initially accepted @ $5000 worth of add ons. Extended warranty and such. Two days after the sale I cancelled those add ons. That was March 20. today is May 21. I am still trying to get the money back for my cancelled products!
I bought a 2016 Mercedes-Benz from them just as the pandemic was starting they were so hands on and super friendly they went above and beyond not just for us but they truly love their employees and went out of their way to insure both parties were safe!
