I expected a fair and transparent transaction during my recent attempt to trade in my vehicle.I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience at the dealership.I must admit that the trade-in value I received for my Tahoe 2018 was not only below market value but also shockingly undervalued. I have conducted thorough research and obtained appraisals from other reputable sources, and the figures provided by the dealership were significantly lower than the industry standard.
Charged me for parts and labor to change my distributor, and they did not put the parts on, and I have the receipts to prove it. I took it to another shop that did change the distributor, and VOILA it was fixed. I used to buy a car out there every 2-3 years, but sadly no more unless they want to make this right.

This place is a joke. Never will I purchase here. Very disingenuous and in my opinion predatory. Buyer beware.
I took my 2011 Cadillac CTS4 to Frank Kent Cadillac in ********** for either a mechanical or electrical issue with my car not starting when turning the ignition. I was advised that a "diagnostic test" would be required and if I chose to have the problem repaired the diagnostics would not be charged. The results I was given was corroded battery post which they advised they cleaned. Along with a requested oil change my cost came to over $500. Our salesman Kent Hollingshead was terrific . Stayed on the car of my wife desire . The one that should have come never came Kent was able to retrieve another, which in the end had Heads up display which was exactly what she wanted unlike the one that should been delivered by manufacture.
