Verified Renter There's some good things here and some things that can be improved on. My neighbors are friendly and respectful. Some on the other hand don't follow rules like keeping their cars up to date . Some leave garbage and unwanted items on the ground by the dumpsters which is unsightly and upsetting to look at.
