Verified Renter I have lived at Fox Run since 2022 and haven't had any complaints, other than some loud music coming from the next-door neighbor. Office staff handled the situation as best they could (the neighbor eventually moved out). If there have been maintenance issues, the repairs have been completed within 1-2 days. Every month the office personnel do something for the residents. Verified Renter Everyone at the Marylander has been kind and helpful. The office staff are always ready to help with residential concerns, and there's free coffee and often snacks. The amenities like the indoor gym and outdoor exercise equipment make personal goals like staying in shape much easier to accomplish.

Verified Renter I enjoy living here. It is convenient to the shopping centers, grocery stores, and bus route. The people are friendly and helpful. The apartment complex is clean and quiet. I loved the appreciation breakfast.
Verified Renter The maintenance team response to request for any issues in your residence super quickly ensuring all your issues are resolved. Other apartments I lived in response time was poorly.
Don’t do it My AC unit was not working for over a month and a half in the dead of summer in 2023. I kept reaching out to the staff but nothing was done. After telling the Kristy that I was well within my right to withhold my rent until it was fixed all of a sudden there was a sense of urgency. When I pressed the staff about it the maintenance man explain to me that the unit was leaking freon and that he’s been trying to convince the owners to replace them but they refused to spend the money!
