Verified Renter Been living here since August 2016. I still love my home, the staff and community. However, I do have one or two concerns Fox Run is still a great place to live

Verified Renter Overall the apartments are nice but it all depends on the neighbors you have around you and if the management helps with the issues that are brought to their attention.

Verified Renter Everything is super great, nice environment. The leasing officie is super helpful. Maintenance is a bit off it takes 3 to 4 weeks to get an issue resolved .

Verified Renter Doors are still not painted trash. People are not picking up after their dogs. A letter need to be sent out to neighbors as being Considerate neighbor with the loud noises, banging, loud music kids run up and down the hallway

Verified Renter Things are unchanged. Need assigned parking, 2 per unit. Regulated water bills. Everyone should not have the same water bill. More residents activities.

Verified Renter Some of the homes are outdated, but that is my only real complaint. Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly, and the entire complex is very quiet, clean and peaceful while also being pet friendly. The maintenance staff is one of the best I’ve interacted with in terms of accommodating individual requests and prompt responsiveness.
