Verified Renter Great experience! Our apartment is updated and perfect for us. Community is nice and quiet. Only issue was apartment was dirty when we moved in. One kitchen drawer had old screws and door knobs in it. The fridge had a half drank water bottle in it. Other than that we love it!

Verified Renter The community is well kept. The noise from people racing in and out of the neighborhood say and night is very annoying. Also people that come in from other neighborhoods to dump all there trash into ours sometimes I can’t even take my own trash out and we pay for that service.

Verified Renter I have been residing here for approximately three months during this three months I have made numerous noise complaints due to an electric guitar that one of the neighbors constantly play extremely loud. The leasing office has done very little to minimize the noise coming from the apartment, the lack of uncertainty is concerning.
