Verified Renter Great place! The apartments are overall nice. There are a lot of issues with things not working or being broken but other than that it's great.

Verified Renter I am satisfied with my apartment. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Maintenance is always prompt if there is an issue. And the staff is amazing.

Verified Renter The amenities are good but I believe for the amount we pay for rent, there shouldn't be an additional fees for the community room. Also, there isn't enough storage space, ie.. kitchen pantry, linen closet extremely small.

Verified Renter Repairs are done in timely manner. Well kept outside on the outside. It’s a great place to raise family and safe environment. Walking distance to plaza, Glasgow park, not far from library, police, schools.

Verified Renter Management is very good. Every time we put a maintenance request, they come the next day. I only wish our neighbors could take their dogs to the dog park instead of in front of our unit!!!
