Verified Renter So far so good I might say. With any issues I have had were resolved quickly. I like that’s it’s quiet and peaceful. The residents are friendly in our building and polite as well, also are helpful and I appreciate it honestly.

Verified Renter Overall, the experience has been good. The apartment is spacious. However, certain things can be improved, like email communication is poor. In-person, the staff, is helpful. However, I did not receive a reply to email inquiries.

Stay Away We would often have issues with the AC & plumbing and were treated like a nuisance when asking for help, but affordable living is a luxury so I would've been willing to let that slide if it were the only offense. However because of flooding in the county over, our apartment was flooded out in 2021 and we were forced to evacuate. With nobody to stay with, it ended up costing us a lot of money.
