Verified Renter The property is clean, if I have any repairs that need to be done they respond and fix it by the next day…. Management does need to put more money into landscaping.

Verified Renter We have enjoyed living here minus the loud noises coming from cars racing out of the Townhomes and the music coming from the cars. It’s a very clean community great staff and maintenance is always great.

Verified Renter Love love love it here! Glad to be here for going on 3 years now ! The new updated apts and the pool in the summer months is a huge bonus! And let’s not forget the community parties year round! Parking is a lil iffy , you gotta either be home before 8pm or your parking a little distance away from your side of the development

Verified Renter Leasing agents are really nice to help but we have had a lot of random problems here like maintenance and other issues with apartments but they have all been fixed relatively fast. Community is nice.

Verified Renter For starters the neighborhood is really quiet, peaceful and I feel safe letting my child out to play with friends. Back when I moved in 2020 management has changed and I honestly wish they didn't, back in 2020 when problems occurred in your home the leasing office were a little more compassionate and tried to accommodate to the best of their abilities.
