The community is really good. The maintenance staf... The community is really good. The maintenance staff are very punctual and attentive. The leasing office staff are very friendly. This community is pet friendly.

Neighborhood is overall very nice and clean and it... Neighborhood is overall very nice and clean and it is pretty quiet where I live. The office staff is also nice and handles issues quickly. Maintenance is timely and professional. My only 2 complaints are that before I moved into my townhome I was told it would have wood laminate flooring throughout the main floor. I only got to see my townhome virtually before moving in. Upon moving in I learned that there was carpet in the living room area. I was disappointed. The other ... read more
Its been amazing so far, no problems. Heat and a/c... Its been amazing so far, no problems. Heat and a/c works beautifully. Very spacious. Neighbors are fine. And i love the view from the back porch/ balcony.

Honestly moving from another state to Delaware fox... Honestly moving from another state to Delaware fox run made the change smooth for me and my family.The transition was definitely hard for my children but they adjusted

The staff is super efficient , works on complains very fast and the houses are very clean . I would really recommend it to anyone who comes to Delaware for the first time .
