Apartment is nice. Only downside is the walls are ... Apartment is nice. Only downside is the walls are thin and people at the dog park don’t seem to pick up after their animals. Andy is a great rental agent with a great personality, give that man a raise.
I used to live in Fox Run and then had to move hom... I used to live in Fox Run and then had to move home for a little bit to better my situation. As soon as I was good I did not want to move to any other apartment complex but Fox Run. I feel safe and they are always there to answer any of my questions I may have!

We have been here for over 6 months now and everyt... We have been here for over 6 months now and everything has been incredibly smooth. The community is welcoming and the staff is amazing. From community events to routine maintenance everything has been great!

Living here has been great it’s just the cost of l... Living here has been great it’s just the cost of living has been going up extremely… I would like to see more upgrades within our units to at least feel like the price that we are paying matches the home we are living in. This is a really nice community to live in it’s quiet clean and the staff is friendly I feel safe with my kids being here.

After 6yrs of living here, all I can say is this p... After 6yrs of living here, all I can say is this place is a great place to reside. The staff here is so friendly and always willing to help with whatever you need. The communication is top tier! If you’re looking for a apartment community to live, I’d suggest Fox Run as my number 1 choice over any other apartments in Delaware.
Maintenance The Maintenance team is very professional and show up on time to fix the problem. Robert and his team fix all the problems we outlined immediately after moving in. They also make a follow the next day to check if everything is going fine. Carina, Andy and everyone in the office were very helpful. We move from Out of state with no one on the ground to check a the place for us , but Andy was very helpful. Thanks to everyone who was part of making our move smooth and successful.

Terrible Management The management is there for show. Very rude and unhelpful. The apartment and amenities are not worth dealing with them. Plus units are overpriced for what you get. Maintenance doesn’t fix, just covers up problems or leaves them half done. Think twice before renting here.

worst management i came across I wish i could give them negative marking. The are literally not trained for this type of job. they will never provide you right information.
Exceptional Help Apartment staff extensively helped me while moving to the apartment, when I was signing for lease I felt it was a little bit high rent but after staying apartment unit we felt it is reasonable what we are paying. We have got renovated apartment, we felt so good with all renovated amenities. The apartment staff is also no nice to help on any kind of maintenance requests and so on.
