Verified Renter Maintenance could be so much better and we could use an indoor fitness center. The ceiling could use some noise dampening insulation due to loud neighbors
Verified Renter Travis is great! He is responsive and polite. However, the community definitely has issues with pests that don’t seem to be apparent at first. And it’s a bit overpriced being as though the amenities are subpar and there is no real security.

Verified Renter We need the dog park to be secure. Dogs can get out from under the fence. I would also like to see another dog run over by the pond. Having an opportunity for the dogs to get out and run is essential to their mental and physical health.

Verified Renter Honestly this isnt a bad place to live . The comments online can set people back but i dont think alot of them things are true. Maintenance can work on putting tags on door when they enter home but otherwise its fine
Verified Renter Master bathroom the bathtub draines slow.The toilet doesn't flush correctly and the sink stopper is not working.Most of all there's a little boy upstairs who runs all day,very annoying.
Verified Renter Staff is rude, takes months to address serious maintenance issues. But rent consistently goes up at a fast rate.Definitely my last lease agreement here.

Verified Renter Good community. Offers lots of amenities and activities, staff is great. They are always doing upkeep and maintenance. Very pet friendly. Good access to local fair.

Verified Renter The customer service isn’t that good , several times the water has been out with no notification. The mice in my townhouse are horrible and they haven’t found one hole yet so I stopped calling. We are paying extra for amenities, the pool house was dirty over the summer and wasn’t open on certain days .
