Verified Renter Too many infestations. They send a specialist to get rid of roaches … but they are still there. I’m disappointed and I don’t know what else to do

Verified Renter I live at Elmwood Village in Elmwood Park NJ. My experience here has been good. Not great but good. It is clean, well maintained and decent living condition. It would be great if there were community activities. If there are activities it need to be committed to the residents. The office staff is friendly and the maintenance crew are very professional and gets the job done. All in all you get what you pay for.

I love the way that the maintenance team works hard, and you don’t have to wait for them to get things fixed. The street that I live on is nice and quiet and they keep it clean. Whenever there is a problem the office team is amazing.

Verified Renter Works for a first apartment. While here, the manager changed and the communication went down a lot. Also, the work orders/emails/phone calls take a while if you even get a response. Other then that, you can't beat the price. The neighbors are respectful and you have the choice of having a washer and dryer in unit.
