Exceptional Help Apartment staff extensively helped me while moving to the apartment, when I was signing for lease I felt it was a little bit high rent but after staying apartment unit we felt it is reasonable what we are paying. High Rent for Low Living I have been living here for 3 and a half years and am about to move out once my lease is up. Rent rises every year. We are in a non-renovated apartment and are now paying as much as a renovated apartment or a 3 bedroom. Every summer, our AC has broken and every winter in the beginning, our heater has been non-working. The AC was broken and not fixed for 3 and a half weeks in August in the summer of 2017. Worst Experience of my Life!!!!!!! From the moment we moved in here in November, it has been one thing after another after another. Between people not cleaning up after their pets, rude neighbors who are actually contortionist trying to get money out of you and threaten you, and my car being completely damaged multiple times, this has definitely been my biggest regret in my entire 32 years of life. Not a place to call home! ! Horrible management. They promote and coddle criminal activity. Very unprofessional staff. Unsafe environment. Extreme high eviction rate! You can lose the roof over your head and all your possessions for being a few days late with your rent. That is a routine practice there. The police are always in there because of the high crime activity there. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Life there is nothing but continuous stress. Run don't walk away

Fox Run Apartments I would not consider renting from this place. The up keep is terrible, the management says what needed to be said to get you in. The apartments were built back in the eighties and it still reflexes that. Morgan’s Properties advertise newly renovated. It is actually only new scratch and dent appliances and new toilets. Don't live here -Things happen with jobs, surprise expenses, bank fraud etc. Most places I've lived are understanding and if you're late will let you set up a payment arrangement. This property IMMEDIATELY files against you within 15 days of you being late. Doesn't matter if it's your first time or if you let them know, or if you have a payment arrangement. Exceptional Living We are current residents (moved in May 2016) and love how peaceful the apartment complex is. We are in one of the two bedroom two bath upgraded units with new kitchen, appliances, full washer and dryer in the unit. Wonderful and spacious layout in a second floor unit. We have a great courtyard view from our balcony and because we took an end unit we have widows galore. Moved out today I moved out of Fox Run today. I've lived there since May of 2013. Overall the experience has been pretty good. The pros would be the washer and dryer within the apartment, the location, the private entry, the quiet neighborhood, and the big parking lot. The cons I guess would be the space. For the amount of money me and my sister paid the rooms and kitchen could of been a bit bigger. The Maintenence staff were also pretty responsive. RUN!!! Don't Walk, this is one decision you will regret. They will not do repairs to the property, only the outside, the are constantly filing some court action, unless you can afford a personal attorney or already have one, do not sign a lease. The management flat out LIES and is unavailable, they evict people and take their personal property for late rent, someone was shot across the street the body lay there for 5 hours.
