Verified Renter Between the poor quality of the renovations and the lack of effort from management in response to complaints of noise even after quiet hours in our case even at 3 AM. Managements solution is to have us talk to the neighbor instead of them which surely will help my sleep and couldn't possibly cause issues between neighbors.This place is overpriced and underdelivered in every way I can imagine. Verified Renter I'm satisfied with living here for the most part. I like the amenities. There are some options I'd like to explore. There are some issues that always need to be immediately and to remain in working order. I do however like the community.

Verified Renter Paint peeling off the walls and ceiling, toilet leaks on floor, smelly trash overflowing in the parking lot, mattresses laying around everywhere, cars racing thru parking lot. Not a pleasant place to live.
