Verified Renter Everything is good here at diamond ridge,my love it here compared to where we used to stay. They routing maintenance and cleaning up of the environment. I will encourage any person looking for a clean and decent and peaceful atmosphere to reside should call diamond ridge property's.
Verified Renter Maintenance really don’t do proper work Constantly requesting because they doing terrible job My bathtub have slow drain can’t take a bath at all because they can’t find proper stopper that will also won’t clog pipes My thermostat is not working Blasting heat even when is off Gym have an alarm on for 4 months straight at 6 am when should be off A/C at the gym is never on Street lamps don’t have lightbulbs in them No garbage pails on sidewalks and even when you see garbage pails nobody empty’s them out

Verified Renter I love the place my daughter move here first and then about a year later i moved here . The people in office is so nice .the people that fix thing are very good . I love how this place is near everything you can get a job around here and walk to the job .i love the pool in the summer it is so nice and so clean i love it here keep up the good work.

Verified Renter My apartment needs work that has not been done since I moved in but I understand that they are busy with turnover. It can wait. Also the rent increases every year are now way out of reach for me. the rent is 65 % of our fixed income. I don't want to move because my age is catching up with me. Almost 800$ in 4 years is a bit much..
