Verified Renter Overall experience has been good. Lived here for a couple of months. Maintenance is on time. All the units are very old and could be better maintained before leasing them out.

Verified Renter I just moved in, last week actually, the move was great! The staff in the leasing office were great at explaining the process of moving in and we love our new home! Lots of space and the dishwasher works perfectly!

Verified Renter The is a very nice place to stay. The neighbors very welcoming and friendly. Most importantly it’s close by my job. Can wait for next summer to enjoy the pool and playground for the kids.
Verified Renter need more discounts. Hate paying for trash disposal when the townhouses dump their trash in our dumpsters also. Should be free. I should not have to pay for the owners of the townhouses dumping their trash.

Verified Renter Anytime if I need maintenance they come and take care of any issues. The office staff listen and very helpful. I love that everything that you need is on the property like the kids playground. My daughter loves it. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. There is a lot of shopping centers nearby.
