Verified Renter My residence experience has been good these last few years. The leasing office has been very helpful s well as maintenance. My neighbors are nice and everyone helps each other and I am finally enjoying the amenities.

Verified Renter Beautiful apartments, pet friendly, nice playgrounds, gym and the swimming pool. Nice location and near the shopping center. Bus station nearby. Very clean outside. Maintenance is always done quickly. Family friendly. Our family loves staying here at Morgan apartments, it feels like home.

Verified Renter I’ve been living here for 6 years and it hasn’t been bad. The rent has increased largely over the years since moving here but I guess it’s comparable to other neighborhoods. It would be nice though after being a resident for so long, if I could get some new blinds or fresh paint or something to refresh my apartment as a benefit to maintaining my lease and living in the same apartment for so long.
