Verified Renter Had a decent 2 years at this property However maintenance was a big issue. Things fell apart, broke down and leaked constantly. The last few months were the worst. It seems like once they knew I was moving the refused to fix any issues. Left with closet door still broken, washing machine broken, dryer broken. It was sad

Verified Renter Super amazing community, staff is does a lot of engagements to bring the community together. Works are completed in a timely manner. I def enjoy the living experience this far. The walls in the apartment are pretty thin and can hear everything around me ( but that’s expected ) but other that I’d def recommend this community.
Verified Renter The best apartment I have right now. Everything is good and if anything are damaged or need fixing something the maintenance working fast. And also the neighborhood is so quiet and I love that.

Verified Renter I like it here. There are some noise issues and the trashcan is a bit of a hike but it’s amazing for the price you pay and everyone is super friendly
Verified Renter A new resident so far everything has been great! Just the neighborhood parking that sucks. Very quiet neighborhood but lots of fríendly residents. The parking is kind of confusing due to not knowing what’s a visitor space, & what’s not. The signs aren’t really there on the ground. But other than 8:/10 so far.
Verified Renter Its ok here....moved here years afo and now getting harder for me to get around...the management leaves toy alone but when there's rent due she will ataer calling you...the pool is a a nice way to relax in the summertime...there are very nosey neighbors also but if you can get past that its fine
