Verified Renter A really nice neighborhood, it’s active, lively and the units are nice as well. Only problem is there’s dog poop EVERYWHERE and the leasing office is slow to respond to issues. We had the air conditioning leak this summer and the apartment office took SEVERAL days to even find a solution to it and instead installed a makeshift fan on the balcony door. Mind you my kids all sleep in separate rooms and so do me and my husband, as well as my mother in law. It was absolutely ridiculous.

There are small things like people with loud cars or pets that sometimes wake me up early in the morning, but it doesn’t happen often so it’s not a major issue. With how friendly the neighbors and leasing office have been, the small issues are barely noticeable when I’ve been having a great time living here. Verified Renter Comfortable to live in. Well lit, well heated, enough room in the kitchen. I wish there was more space in the shower and for laundry. The wardrobes have no shelves too.
