Verified Renter The stay here is always pleasant. The staff are very friendly. I love to take walks around the neighborhood in summers. The neighborhood is very green with a lot of plants and trees around.

Verified Renter Did not really enjoy the overall experience, the maintenance people does not care about the apartments and don’t communicate well, not really much to do as far as amenities & also the noise people make is ridiculously loud makes it hard to feel at home.
Verified Renter Andy showed us the apartment & he was awesome. Apartment is more open concept so even though less sqaure footage then previous place it feels like more space. Except in the kitchen not whole lot of space to do much, AC works lot better & actually stays cool longer

Verified Renter My apartment is falling apart We asked for the carpet to be replaced in November 2022 and although manager walk through resulted in being qualified for it, we only got carpet cleaned, because “there is no more budget for carpet replacement in 2022” I have been complaining about our refrigerator for years, I am repeatedly told we have too many things in our fridge. I have utilized this refrigerator the same way ever since we moved in and there were no issues first 4 years

Verified Renter Besides petty neighbors and maintenance men who don’t know how to fix stuff (certain ones that is) it’s cool other than that. I personally wouldn’t refer anyone i know because the quality of the house (flooring, walls etc) is ridiculous. The walls are so thin you can hear everything going on in the next persons apartment. Floors are so week and unstable as soon as water is spilled on the floor, the floor instantly weakens and get a dip.
