Verified Renter I can’t speak for all of morganproperties but,the one I currently reside at is Northwest Crossing Apartments. I haven’t had any hot water in my unit for 4days. I was scheduled to transfer to a unit that evidently wasn’t anywhere near ready for someone to transfer or move in but,was rented to me anyway. Verified Renter It was a pleasant experience to live in the community. Improvements were always happening to better the it. Although the dog park can use some improving, perhaps it’s next on the list, but I do appreciate how the grounds were always maintained and kept clean.
