Love it here! I’ve been living at Fox Run coming up on 2 years now and I love it! I’ve rented many apartments and can say 100% this is my favorite I’ve lived in so far! The leasing staff is super friendly and quick to respond to questions or issues. The asst property mgr, Lindsay, is the best! Verified Renter The staff both maintenance and office are wonderful. It is close to grocery stores and the train so I can get to work. Having the option to have a washer and dryer in the apartment is great because it is a time saver and very convenient overall.

Verified Renter It's a decent apartment, but unfortunately they did not clean my unit before I moved in, and the place was very dirty. It is sometimes difficult to communicate with maintenance since some of them do not speak English. Aside from that everything else is okay. It's a manageable place to live, but not the best.
Verified Renter Management responses are great, the environment is kept clean and neighbors are well behaved. There are no shortcomings so far. I will not hesitate to recommend the facility to friends

Verified Renter Lakewood apartments is wonderful!! The place is always clean, the neighbors are quiet and respectful, and the maintenance team is always available if you have an issue. would recommend for anyone with a low budget moving to the area. I wish we had more parking spots though!
Verified Renter You are allowing too many people to park their cars in the lots,some people have 2-3 cars here and are selling them or using the lots to use as a fixing point for outside vehicles!!!! It’s not fair for people who have one car when you turn your eyes away from the people who abuse the lot!! Make them park on red Lion road…lf they don’t run that’s not fair for people who have to walk 2 blocks while they get to have 2-3 spots!!! UNFAIR
