Verified Renter Besides petty neighbors and maintenance men who don’t know how to fix stuff (certain ones that is) it’s cool other than that. I personally wouldn’t refer anyone i know because the quality of the house (flooring, walls etc) is ridiculous. The walls are so thin you can hear everything going on in the next persons apartment. Floors are so week and unstable as soon as water is spilled on the floor, the floor instantly weakens and get a dip.

Verified Renter I had high hopes when I moved here in 2022 but I was so disappointed. For what is being paid to live here it’s not up to par. From neighbor wars, to very unprofessional staff. I am so glad to be ended my stay here in the next few months.

Verified Renter Walls are very hollow can hear the neighbors and the neighbors be wanting to argue over parking spots but besides that it’s a nice apartment complex
