Verified Renter Grounds are well maintained, maintenance is quick to respond. Neighbors are friendly. I feel very safe living in the community. I’ve been here for 7 years and don’t intend to move. Location is accessible to shopping, restaurants and the turnpike.

Verified Renter The apartments are nice and the maintenance staff is super helpful and prompt. We hardly ever have issues and we like living here. I think that the value for the money isn’t the best, as there aren’t many amenities and the kitchens have very little storage or counter space.

Verified Renter Aside from the black mold , and the outlets in the bathrooms not working ,the staff is great and very responsive . I just don’t think my apartment is worth what i’m paying for it a month, i have friends in houses bigger than my apartment and they’re paying the exact same in rent.

Verified Renter Have been waiting for my dryer to get fixed it’s been over 3 months. Not to mention the constant loose dogs in the neighborhood. I honestly don’t recommend living here it’s really hard to contact the leasing office and when you do lots of your issues don’t get solved.

Verified Renter Regular maintenance done that you don’t have to request, they came & replaced filters. You constantly see workers out & about picking up trash, heading to a building to do maintenance etc. my only complaint is there is no enforcement on dog parks, they are littered with poop, use to be one of them was kept decent but I guess newer people cane & just don’t care about picking up after there dog.
