Verified Renter It is peaceful around here .in.my court. The neighbors are nice and will make sure they look out for each other..This townhome need some upgrades but it is peace and quiet over here.

Verified Renter I love it here! Can’t wait to live the rest of my life here and watch my kids grow in such a beautiful community!! The maintenance technicians are awesome, leasing agents also very kind and friendly to speak to Michelle and Barbra. Feels so house warming entering the leasing office when greeted by beautiful smiles. Work orders done on time and correctly!

Verified Renter It’s in a great area and great place to stay! No issues with crime and stores are close which makes it convenient. The only thing is parking is very bad so you have to pay for a parking spot If you know you come home from work late or you will have to park far away from your apartment building.
Verified Renter It’s been a great stay at our apartment, the maintenance was done quickly and we felt at home! Definitely recommend as a whole! Decent prices, community events, etc a very wholesome place!

Verified Renter The ladies in the leasing office are attentive and they try to do things in a timely fashion. For the most part the apartments are clean but neighbors will do what they want so it’s a good thing they clean the buildings weekly.

Verified Renter These are not the best properties to stay at. The maintenance crews do half way work and the amenities are a separate cost but you never have full access to them. Prime example…. You are only allowed to use the grill in the pool season but what about those who want to have a BBQ when there is a nice weather day in March or April.
Verified Renter Clean environment. Maintenance responds in a timely manner. Safe space for children. Repairs and improvements constantly in progress. Rental office communicates with residents about different things going on in the community.
