Worst service ever!!! – Fox Management is good at one thing, collecting the rent. Any other property concerns will go unnoticed or ignored. We went 6 months without hot water in our laundry room. When I called to remind them that its their responsibility to repair this problem they raised our rent! They NEVER helped with snow/ice removal on the driveway or sidewalks. RUN,RUN,RUN,RUN,RUN,RUN AS FAST AS YOU CANT AWAY FROM FOX – Too many things to list wrong about these people.They don't care about the renters, the owners or any property they manage. Rude, lazy and mean, yes mean spirited people. Rent from them at your own risk..and if you give a deposit, don't even think in your wildest dreams you will get any back...so, good luck if you get involved with them..
They couldn't have cared less about me! – They act like they care but they don't. I was renting from them for a year and I never heard a joyful person. They all acted serious and to the point. I turned paperwork on time and they still said I turned it in late. One time I was discussing an issue with them and the agent literally hung up on me. My place got broken into and all I got was a message from them. Overall they couldn't have cared less.
LOVING THIS PLACE – Loving our new place. Leasing was great, met with both Mel and Kaitie. Office looked nice. They solicted this review, but I was happy to do it! My parents used to own rentals when I was a kid, all I remember was the nasty things people used to say when they couldnt pay their rent and how disgusting they would leave the places. Our place looked great, so I can appreciate the haters out there, obviously just people pissed off they did not get their way.
rude people stay away – I contacted this company when I moved to portland because they had a lot of really pretty houses available that seemed to fit my needs. I called six times and still did not get a return call back... so I actually went down there. I stood there waiting to be noticed for about fifteen minutes and the girl at the desk acted like I was a major intrusion on her time. current tenant watching disgusting online behavior fox – I am a current tenant of this company. I haven't been thrilled with them from the beg. but I do not like to rock the boat, nor do I like moving. So I deal with it when they dont call me back, and I deal with the substandard work their crew does on the issues, and I deal with having to call repeatedly for every issue in the home I rent.
