They do not care if you have lead paint. HORRID MANAGEMENT – First and foremost.... make sure you read the comments in response to the merchants comments... then... check out the pictures I added to the gallery. This is from a tenant that has received a judgement of eviction. The judge did not view the home as not habitable. The tenant is very disgruntled because she wanted two free months rent and all new windows. We said no and she stopped paying rent and is now attacking our company with sladerous reviews and internet rants. We are glad she is gone.
does not fix things doesnt call ppl back – fox management hardly calls ppl back, hardly fixes anything... when they do fix something they send out family members that do a horrible job. Go elsewhere then fox management!

Great Company! – I highly recommend Fox Management. We lived in our house 3 years and never had a problem. Maintenance is quick to respond & are very helpful (although we hardly needed them). They came every year to check on the place, and they gave plenty of warning before they came over. My only issue would be that when it came time to move out, they brought perspective renters while we still lived there. But again, they let us know a week in advance. Great so far – Just moved into a house that Fox manages, and it has been a great experience so far. The only reason that I didn't give them a perfect score was because the screening process could have gone a little more quickly, but other than that it has been great: every appointment that I had with them happened on time, the house is clean and well maintained, and their communications with me have been quick and professional. Doesn't Return Messages from Potential Renters! – I looked at their website, drove by the properties, then called when I knew that I would be willing to rent the home. The office is not open weekends. Fine. But, to not return a message either! In my opinion this shows a rather lazy or unmotivated property manager. I feel bad for their property owners...this was a true disservice to them. The customer service of this particular employee once you did get her on the phone was lousy, too. We are very motivated here. With over 300 calls a day, we have the traffic to get our units rented quickly. Now, does that mean we can answer all calls live, no. So, very sorry if your response was delayed. No need to feel bad for our owners, as we service their needs and always put our owners first, even if that means putting them first before a tenant. Without the owner, we would have no tenant or place to offer.
Seriously? – My wife and I applied to a townhouse that was handled by Son-Rise. Their requirements for income was 3 times the amount of rent which my wife had covered on her own not including my income. They told us that they were going to require a co-signer because of lack of income. When I questioned them on this the person I was talking to started to become very short with me even though I was asking very simple questions. Home owner with Fox Management – I am a home owner who has been renting his property through Fox Management for the last four years. I have been completely satisfied with the quality of work and attention I've received.
