Seriously these ppl are still in business? They write their own five star reviews, they don't return calls or fix things in a timely manner. Unhappy Homeowner here.... and quit writing your fake 5 st – There is no way this company has earned any of the five star reviews you see written here. They are as fake as the agent that talks you into signing with them. After I signed with them they continually ignored my tenants request for repairs and didnt so much as do regular mainancene. it was only due to the fact that i know a neighbor did I find out what fox put them through. grand slam! – This management team has been very attentive and on the ball with my rental. They always keep me informed and consult me when necessary. I am very happy to have them in charge of the rental leaving me to enjoy my retirement.
Great complany to rent from! – Management was great for me never had any problems. We were there for about 2 years and loved it. They accepted my 60lb dog that was great! After we moved we got our deposit back in full. ;-) If you pay your rent on time, keep your house clean, you will love renting from this company. Thanks Fox Management
consummate professionals. – Fox has been great to work with and their professionalism has been very appreciated. I have always had a good experience and will use them forever. I cant say enough good things about them and I feel fortunate to have a company like this looking out for my best interest.
Thanks – I have never had a better property manager in the 25 years I have been renting out my homes. Fox has the service and great people to make all those cards fall into place.
Go somewhere else! Stay away! RUN!!!!!!! – This company is the worst! Please know that all the positive reviews are written by their staff. If you don't believe me stop by one of their properties and ask a resident. Their neglectful management style is dangerous, unprofessional and borderline criminal. It is astonishing that they are still in business and not battling major lawsuits.
Trustworthy – Katie and Josh have been fabulous to work with. I was concerned about leaving my rental property when I was moving from Portland to Dallas, but Fox has proven to be trustworthy and hardworking and so I don;t have to be concerned about my property while out of state. They complete regular property inspections as they told me they would and still maintain reasonable communication with me. I am very happy with their management.
