Bad Experience Requested repairs are slow or never occur. Also, they had my car towed to remove a tree without properly warning me. I had to pay to get it out. I strongly recommend against renting property from them if at all possible.
I wanted to also let you know how much I appreciated the help from the man who did the maintenance previously. He was very professional and did a great job!

Fox Management writes their own five – Fox hires people to write the five star reviews for them.... look at the disgruntled clients and the one star reviews... and believe them. This company doesn't care about ppl..... and it shows. And Fox? you should be ashamed that you are stillllllll lying to people by writing fake reviews! wow. can't believe this horrid company is still in business.

Fox Management are some of the worst slumlords in Portland. This is seriously the worst company you can deal with. They are known for exploiting and abusing tenants. In response to a recent campaign from a tenants rights organization to support two former tenants getting what was owed to them, they have banned all residents from having guests in their homes and are threatening eviction to anyone that talks to the tenants rights organization and tries to organize. I'd definitely rent from them again We moved from out of state and rented sight-unseen from Fox. Everyone we’ve dealt with has been friendly and competent. They’ve been reasonable, easy to deal with, and attentive to our needs if / when they arise. I’ve had only good experiences; I’d definitely try my luck renting from Fox again.
