Go somewhere else! Stay away! RUN!!!!!!! – This company is the worst! Please know that all the positive reviews are written by their staff. If you don't believe me stop by one of their properties and ask a resident. Their neglectful management style is dangerous, unprofessional and borderline criminal. It is astonishing that they are still in business and not battling major lawsuits.
Trustworthy – Katie and Josh have been fabulous to work with. I was concerned about leaving my rental property when I was moving from Portland to Dallas, but Fox has proven to be trustworthy and hardworking and so I don;t have to be concerned about my property while out of state. They complete regular property inspections as they told me they would and still maintain reasonable communication with me. I am very happy with their management.
life savers! – Thanks for your attention and diligent response during the recent eviction that was necessary. I would not have known where to begin at all. Thanks for handling the paper work and getting the process started.
3 Happy Years – It has almost been 3 years that I have been renting from Fox and everything has been fine. Even though I am a tenant and not an owner the team at Fox still treats me with respect. When my lease is up in a few months I look forward to spending another year with them.
not interested in anything but money – if you live near one of their properties, and have complaints about the condition of, or the residents within; you're better off contacting the property owners directly. Fox Mgt just wants the owners money, they don't care to work for it.
Very happy with Fox! – I have been so happy with the entire team at Fox that I let them use me as a reference! If that's not enough said then I don;t know what is - thank you Fox for all of your work and efforts in taking care of my properties.

Horrifying would be an understatement. – To anyone considering renting a home from Fox Management, please - honestly - take these negative reviews seriously. There are good people renting homes that have been neglected, to the point of health issues. I've heard several stories other than my own and they are all progressively worse: not getting money back for bills on a signed contract, homes rented with known bedbug infestations, lead paint presence without disclosure, no heat or hot water... the list goes on and on.
