I was surprised they replaced my refrigerator after it stopped working. I appreciate them moving on that so fast and keeping my food from spoiling. That saved me some money!
We have experienced several property managers during our endeavors as rental home owners. This has been a far better experience than any in the past. They are far more responsive and proactive than previous examples.
They have been nothing but respectful and kind to me. I have been renting from them for a year and plan on re-signing my lease next month. Great job!!!
I remember reading scathing reviews of Fox Management right before I moved into one of their properties over a year ago and was surprised to discover that they were actually pretty pleasant to deal with. However, they have recently lived up to to their bad reputation. I don't even know where to begin on my list of complaints regarding their completely unprofessional, underhanded, and downright illegal business practices. Avoid these guys like the plague if you can. They are the worst.
Dishonest and ignores the law. This management company rented us a unit that they knew was not a legal unit. They made reference to it as "unusual" or "unique setup." They even said the problems we experienced would not be an issue if this place were set up properly. Bottom line is that Fox Management rented us a unit that they had no legal right to rent us. We later found out it had several life and safety violations according to the city and there were no permits for it's conversion to a multi-family unit. Fox chose to ign... read more
Fox has been great to deal with and we really appreciate their expertise and professionalism. They have done great as far as taking care of the house is concerned. They are a good management company.
We have been very happy with the home Fox Management helped us find. There is a great view and a nice fire place. The elementary schools are great for our kids and rated well. Fox has been so helpful.
The five star ratings on citysearch for fox management are written by employees of fox themselves. Shame on citysearch for allowing this blatant disregard for a rating / evaluation system. Fox is making a mockery of your rating system. I am a previous tenant and if you want to see a site that the reviews are accurate look at yelp .... fox tried many times to skew the results on that page and every one they post gets pulled now for a violation of terms of service. They treat their tenants like crap... just filter the reviews ... read more
