Since moving in we have been hit with extra fees, have had one major appliance be replaced...had poor communication, and all around bad management. At the end of my 9 month leese we are gone....feeling like I should be packing, not unpscking. All this in only 2.5 months!
Fox has been great! From locating the perfect place to our most recent repair request, they have been good to us and we have chosen to sign another lease. We like where we live and the people that manage our place. we could not get better managers elsewhere.
A good management company to rent from. Over my 2 consecutive leases with them, I had not one single major issue that was not taken car of. If that is not enough said then I don't know what is. I recommend Fox and am surprised to see some of the other reviews.
great match – We wanted to move into a more modest home and avoid anything large or fancy. Fox helped us to find just the right place and took care of some problem paint before we moved in. They were a great help and were happy with the home.
HORRIBLE!!! – They do not deserve a star but it's required to give one. I would rate Assured Management with NO STARS!! They are really nice when you are a potential renter but after you sign the lease they are horrible! If you do rent through them, make sure you read the lease carefully! They are allowed to enter your home without notice and they do a property check every year. They only way they notify you is through e-mail. Worst management company I've ever dealt with – It horrifies me that this is such a large property management company, because that makes them difficult to avoid. However, I have warned all my friends looking for rentals to avoid them like the plague. My boyfriend and I rented a small house managed by them and regretted signing a lease almost instantly. This company will disappoint you! – Looking for quality property management? KEEP LOOKING!!! Fox Management is grossly incompetent and clueless to say the least. I simply cannot believe that they are still in business. Please note all of the positive reviews were written by their own staff members. Not recommended to anyone!!!
love 'em! – Zero problems and a thousand solutions! I have been very satisfied with the way they handle day to day situations as well as the occasional emergencies. Trusted and recommended.
Good So Far – I have been involved with Fox for almost 6 months now and they seem like a pretty good company to rent from. I have had some maintenance issues come up along the way but they always address them. I only do not rate them at 5 stars because they have not always gotten back to me on the same day I call, but I guess that is the way it goes sometimes and I am OK with that.
