great place, good service – Sarah was my leasing agent and got back to me right away. The place was perfect and I got moved in a week later. I have been by the office a couple times now and everyone is nice and they are taking care of maintenance next week. So all seems great! What a relief over my last landlord who never fixed anything.
Would rate 0 if I could - that's the service they gave me – I had an appointment with Teresa today at 1:30pm to show her my home and sign up for their property management services. At 1:00pm today, she called to cancel, saying that they had too many homes in my area just sitting. This is completely unprofessional - if you need to cancel an appointment, do it in advance, not 30 minutes before the appointment. Highly Reccomended – Just found my place through Fox last week and it wasn't even ready they said I had to wait 2 weeks. I told them I needed something by friday and they had it ready for me! Thank you!
Great Management Team – I had purchased 4 new Homes in 2002. Since I hired a different company (APM) who ran each one into the ground. Our yards were full of weeds and garbage and then 2 renters didn't pay the 2nd Months Rent! Since we hired Fox in 2005 they have turned them all around! Great Communication, reliable income, great tenants. I highly reccomend this company!

Fox Mgmt. is a Horrible Property Rental Compay – While I agree with some of the other reviews that mention how awesome Jessie and Barbara are (the one redeeming feature to this company), Mandy has NO customer service skills and barely a brain to think with. Mandy, my advice for you is to go back to school, learn some customer service skills, and then try again. OK – Good Place. He's been pretty responsive with maintenance. I don't understand why people are saying bad things. The rent is a bit high but location is close so it worth it.
Fox denied me to rent – I applied to rent an apartment on 20th & Schuler through Fox Management. They refused to rent to me. They said I had too many evictions and my credit. I wasn't happy about it but they were pretty nice about it and reccomended a place to me. Overall they are nice people.
