Bought a 40k mustang Gt and six weeks later I still don't have a tag or registration. Dealer tag is now out of date. They said they would mail me one over night. It never got here. It's was a bad decision to purchase from Fort Mill ford.
I recently has some recall work done for my Fusion at Fort Mill Ford. I easily made the appointment to drop my car off on my way to work. While I waited on my ride, Frank let me know my car had already been taken in and would be ready shortly. Easy peasy! Great service and great people!
I worked with Ron Kirby, because he was the one that opened the door for me when I arrived, and the process was painless! I knew what I wanted walking in and Ron went over all of the features of the car, as well as the dealership! There was no pressure and no stress, for me at least! Will 100% be back to see Ron when I get ready to trade in my new Sentra!

Stay away from these crooks! I drove 3.5 hrs to purchase a Santa Fe that was advertised on autotrader and their own website. Called to verify they had that vehicle and that there would be no price surprises. The advertised price was $20,400. Test drove the vehicle and was proceeding with paperwork to buy when..... surprise! They claim the price was wrong and should have been $26,499. Mistake or not, avoid these idiots!
