I found a Mustang convertible through a search that was located at Fort Mill Ford. I took a trip down there and found everybody to be very helpful. I took a test drive, worked with finance to get the payments where I wanted them and completed the paperwork all within about 2.5 hours. Great team and I got the car I wanted. Will definitely use them again!
Visited two days last week and negotiated a fair price in my opinion. i was still negotiating when i headed up to get the truck, another dealer called and offered me a 500 discount on fort mill fords best price and my salesman called and said he would match it. i turned around and headed back, mainly because the dealer was closer to me and i had bought there before, i signed the papers and headed home, up arrival i sall a 500 charge omitted so i thought i got my extra 500. two days later i got a call from finance saying ford... read more
My husband and I stopped by to test drive a Lexus they had on their lot. The salesman was nice and all but the hidden fees they tack on is ridiculous. We decided to not go back for the car because I couldn't use outside financing and I know you will not beat my USAA benefits. The other thing that I thought was crazy was that they make the customer pay for added services (like phantom foot print & the seat repair) without asking if you want them. Not charged $116 to replace a car battery.
So we went to fort mill Ford today to look at a vehicle we were contemplating on purchasing. First, we were brought the wrong vehicle over to look at. Second, when we advised we were going to use a different financing than in house financing we were advised that they don’t do ANY outside financing. The 4 ways to buy were cash, in house financing, cashiers check or using one of their banks. They pretty much told us to have a good day if we weren’t going to use their ways of buying a car. Went to look at a V6 Altima and salesman brought out the wrong Altima then told us they only do in house financing. We left since no outside financing allowed. Salesman just said have a good day.
Good service in a timely manner
Over all not bad but could be a little more honest in what Fort Mill Ford in holding up their end of what they promised. Salesman promised if I buy the truck he would fill gas tank up. after I purchased the truck the next t day, he said I was o fly due a half tank of gas. I have always tried to hold up my promises and did. This experience made me question their integrity at the end of the day.
