Blake Boyd, I just purchased a vehicle from your dealership last week and even though the car fax seemed clean and the sales rep Terrence assured me it had never been in an accident or repaired, while washing the car this weekend I noticed several places on the passenger side (passenger front & back door and back fender/rear light), where the car has un-even paint, the door seal clearly shows that the car has been repainted and these areas shows it has been repaired (but done so very poorly). RecommendedI visited several car dealerships looking for a car for my mother before visiting Fort Mill Ford. The service at this dealership far surpassed any others. Ron Kirby was the associate that we worked with and he was amazing. RecommendedAlways service my car here, primarily for the paper trail showing that the car has been maintained and checked every 7.5k miles. Also because it’s just easier for me, I spend a lot of time at work and don’t have the energy to do the basic maintenance myself because it’s time consuming, which is why I only come here, I know they are reputable and have always done excellent work.

We went here looking specifically for one car which they had however, the way the spoke to us basically like we were stupid was absolutely unacceptable and made us extremely uncomfortable so we left and bought elsewhere. I absolutely would not recommend going here unless you want someone to talk down to you.
RecommendedWe had a very pleasant experience purchasing a used vehicle from Fort Mill Ford. We live in Charleston almost 3 hrs from the dealership, but we’re able to get a good deal on the vehicle. They agreed to our conditions before we traveled there to buy the car, and they had the car and paperwork ready for us when we arrived.
