They have a wide variety of new and used cars all in excellent condition. The staff was friendly and hospitable. What a great experience and I love my new car!

Eric was my Guest Rep (salesman) and he was wonderful! He let me walk the lot and get into every truck I thought I would like. We test drove the truck I wanted. I went back the next day, did the financing and drove my truck home. Everything was smooth, efficient and very customer friendly. The truck was priced below market and had below average miles, was clean, and well taken care of. I am extremely pleased with the whole process.
Namely, on 10/7/2019 I have taken my 2015 Ford Fusion SE to Fort Mill Ford for a tire change and general service. On 10/10/2019 I have come to pick up my vehicle with my partner, but upon starting the vehicle, the engine would not turn on. We went back into the Service center and notified to my adviser Brittany Rosol that the car that was just service would not start. Amazing, friendly customer service!
It used to be that you could go here after hours and look at the vehicles. Now there is a security guard who treats you like a criminal and tells you that you have to come during business hours and walk the lot with a salesman. Oh well, Tindol Ford and Keith Hawthorne Ford need business.
They did an outstanding job in servicing my 2019 F150. Service took the time to explain the service and recommendations. Thank you!
The service we had on Saturday for our oil change was awesome. We made an appointment for 9am and we were done and out before 10am. My husband and I were able to eat a delish breakfast and then Frank came and got us to say the car was ready. By the way, the pancakes and bacon were so good.
