This is the worst customer service I have ever received. We lost our keys at Carowinds and we called the dealership to have it towed there. No problem. Spoke with the people at Ford and everything was set for us to pickup Sunday on our way home. We are from WV and staying 1.5 hours away from this dealership for vacation in SC. They call THE NEXT DAY (after we left) and say they have a policy and cannot help us without us driving 3 hours both ways. Added a 2016 Honda CR v to our family today. Our salesman, Tim MCGlothin, did an outstanding job of working between us and the finance manager to offer a price that came in under our budget. Thank you Adam! We were disappointed, however, with several mixups on the final contract which created a lengthy wait. Fortunately Mellissa was able to get those corrected and guide us through the paperwork. Don’t buy anything from here. If you need service, good luck because you more than likely won’t even get a call back.. I’ve had my Ford Focus for over 2 years now & it’s given me nothing but problems and the dealership doesn’t care or want to fix issues that are recalled AND covered under my warranty DO NOT make the same mistake I did by buying anything from here

I had a GREAT experience buying my first car at Fort Mill Ford! Ron was SO PATIENT, and helped me through the entire process answering every one of my questions. He even stayed way past closing when I came to look at it, which I greatly appreciated!
To be fair! It should be something in between yes and no on my recommendation. I had issues with the motor in my truck. It took time to get it fixed, but they 100 percent made me happy. Move down the road 2 months later. My radio and sync starts having issues. Set up an appointment. Service tells me that my warranty is no longer in effect (36,000), and I will need to pay a diagnostic fee of $136.00....I paid a lot of money for this vehicle!
