Recently, I brought my vehicle in for a routine 45,000 mile service - having booked online, and anticipating around $160 for the service. Upon my vehicle being "ready" I was only billed around $75 ... with the tech saying "looks like you didn't need the other stuff." Well, the "other stuff" would've been included in the package price and I'll need to still have that multi-service appointment. PLUS, how is an oil change / service $75? This is ridiculous. RecommendedFort Mill was amazing! They didn't have the vehicle in stock that I wanted, so they found several and brought them to their store! Scott Benner knew the automobiles inside and out and gave the best tour of the products I've ever had! Eric did an amazing job with our paperwork and meeting our every need. Dwayne, the manager, also made sure our experience was the best ever. I love my new vehicle and the dealership!
I had a great experience at Fort Mill Ford. I’ve been there twice now and both times they were quick. First time was for a recall on my car and second time was for an oil change, both time I was in and out by 45 mins. Will definitely keep going to them.
Terrible service....took my F150 in to address check engine light. Ended up being charged for something that didn't address the issue. Then they tried to charge me an additional $2500 to fix the check engine light. Worst service ever! They should be ashamed of themselves for charging people for services that they don't need. They will NEVER get anymore of my business. A complete and total rip off
we walked into Fort Mill Ford at 5:00 and walked out by 6:30 with a 2018 Ford Fusion. we are so very impressed by the service we received. Mr Scott was our salesman he went above and beyond what he needed to do to make us happy !!!!!

Rip off. Charged my wife over $300 to replace battery and $350 to replace brake light. Plus sold her other work on brakes and transmission. They got their money this time but we will never be back and will not buy another car from them.
Recall on my sons 2007 Mustang. Made an appointment with Mary. Dropped it off with Brandon. Picked it up later that day. Great experience with Service Reps.
Adrian Ashley was an amazing sales representative. He is very down to earth, easy to talk to, not pushy, and understanding....and was willing to stay after hours to get me all set up! The dealership was very clean, open, and not overwhelming. The dealership gave me the best offer on my trade-in that I have received so far. Thank you Adrian for getting me in my super cute Mini Cooper!!
