Service got my 2012 Explorer in for a recall in a week. Service rep was pleasant and took care of me quickly. I asked about having a second key replaced and he said thay could get me a new one cut and reprogrammed by end of day - what he didn't offer up until asked was that it would cost me $340 or so. This would have been an unpleasant surprise upon pick up. Top notch customer service. Would highly recommend any service rep but Brandon is our favorite.
Drove an hour when I was told they could get me in the ballpark of what I wanted. Would’ve been nice if the person texting was honest about what they would do. Lou wasn't very friendly, so I'll never go to Fort Mill Ford again. Send a check for 6 gallons of gas. You have my address.
