Frank at Fort Mill Ford took great care of everything.
Its one thing to buy a new car at this dealership and return for service done under warranty. It's a happy experience! I know because I bought a Ford 500 years ago at Ft Mill Ford. But to have service done after the warranties are over -- that's a different experience, at least it was for me! My Family and I feel I was extremely over-billed last week to just have a battery and two battery cables replaced in my 2013 Ford Escape! We loved Fort Mill Ford! We purchased a pre-owned Explorer from them this past weekend. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Our salesperson, William K. was professional and friendly. Deseree B. was also so great to work with! The entire process was very transparent from the time we arrived and the car was out front waiting for me with my name on it!! What an amazing experience, who knew buying a car could be so enjoyable? We will definitely be customers for life!

I went to Fort Mill Ford last month looking for something to travel in. I own a Ford Mustang which is great but I wanted something not so close to the ground. Billy the sales person was great. Very lay back and was there to listen and help me find what was needed. Thank you Billy. When you go to a place with someone to help you and "no pressure". I really enjoyed the service.
