Had the best experience buying a 2017 Escape with Ashley—she is the absolute best and would 100% recommend her. The buying experience was amazing and i was out in less than two hours. Bought a new Explorer in 2015, it currently has almost 29,000 miles on it. It has already been in the shop 2times for the driver air bag coming on. Going back in tomorrow for the 3rd time tomorrow for same problem. It has other issues as well but because the mechanics in the back don't hear the noise they can't fix or find the problem. If you make an appointment does not matter they will still have car all day and it's your problem! Took my car in for an oil change and Frank was great. Service was fast. No complaints.
Horrible experience drove 2.5 hrs to look at a 2001 Ford Ranger blue in color that the dealership said was in excellent condition. Test drove the truck and when putting the truck in 4 wheel drive it locked the truck up. The salesman tried to say this was normal. I also had two different employees that were rude and lied on the phone to me before getting to the dealership. I would never do business with this dealership and they will not negotiate.

Another fantastic visit at our local Ford dealership. I cannot say enough about their customer service department and how knowledgeable they are. Brian took care of us from beginning to end & it was all a breeze. Also Darren in the service department went above and beyond fixing my son's truck and we couldn't be more pleased.
Took my Mustang in for a full synthetic oil change. Of course a complementary inspection is included, during the inspection the technician found the pinion seal on the rear diff was leaking. Thankful the power train warranty covered the repair. I will be taking the Mustang back for oil changes in the future. Thanks for catching that!!
