Customer service terrible in service department. Left 5 messages no return call. Left message with service who still never called to this day. Third strick.
Charles the General Manager and his team were outstanding. We held a puppy adoption event at the dealership and his team was beyond gracious and accommodating. One puppy was adopted at the end of the event along with a Ford truck. The puppies new name is FORD! How awesome is that! Set an apointment for wednesday to have my water pump replaced and had my truck back the next day ready to go. They also worked with my extended warranty company and i didn't have to pay a dime or do any paperwork. The service was outstanding. I just wish i could remember the mans name that helped me every time i called or came in. He wore very colorful pants. Thanks again.
Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance, service writer said they would need the car all day. I asked if the dealership could provide a loaner or provide a ride home, since this was warranty based work.. they said no problem since I only have one car.. Day of appointment, loaners all gone and their transport driver was not in that day. Manager says they should have provided a ride, service writer said otherwise. .. disappointed.
Charged too much to install a vac. Purge valve. Didn,t reset service light. If it took an hour to do this simple job, the tech. Needs to be retrained . No reason code couldn,t be reset. Went to another shop and they did it without any issues. Will find another dealer to take my ford edge for service.
