I was in on a recall. I had an appt at 3:30 was out of there before 4. Great service and polite employees.
RecommendedI had a scheduled regular maintenance performed on my truck while I waited. Mr. Arnold informed me they had parts for a recalled and asked if I wanted that done, too. I said yes. All the work was performed quickly IMHO.
I have been taking my cars to Fort Mill Ford, since moving here 6 years ago. I have always appreciated their service on our cars. "Big" Dave has always taken care of me in a very professional way. I highly recommend them for sales and service.
I took my vehicle in for a recall. Had some other necessary work done on it. That was satisfactory, however, now I have noise coming out of my air conditioner. Noise that wasn't there before I brought it in.
Had an appointment set up to go view a vehicle that someone else was interested in but not coming to see it for another day. No money was exchanged to hold vehicle so we went, agreed to pay asking in cash but we're told we had to wait for the other interested party to come look at it and drive it for a day. Reminder.....no money was put down to hold the vehicle from either side. Now they want me to come back because they want to make a sale. Poor sales management and team work.
We stopped by Friday looking for a new vehicle for our daughter after visiting 9 other dealerships. We were greeted by Scott. He was such a blessing. When he found out the car she was looking at online was at another location he didn’t hesitate to go get it. The vehicle was spotless and she fell in love. Scott Benner provided excellent service, above and beyond. We can’t thank you enough.

My wife and I went to Fort Mill Ford on Saturday to trade in her 2014 Focus which had been giving us a lot of issues. We dealt with William who went above and beyond both our expectations. Long story short, he made this experience as enjoyable and pain free for us as possible.
