I was asked to pay for something that was under warranty because they could not access the service records to get the info needed but my card would be credited back as soon as the information was received. 4 days later and no one will return my calls. Not to mention I sat for 4 hours to have the battery replaced when I had an appointment. Take your business elsewhere.
