I took my sons F150 to Fort Mill Ford to get a broken/shattered passenger side window replaced (due to a B & E). I received great service from the service advisor. He procured all parts and gave me a cost estimate fairly quickly. He also expedited the repairs. As my son and I were checking out the repairs and making sure the window worked properly we noticed shards of glass on the passenger side seat as well as on the floor mat.
