If I could give this place a negative five stars I would!!!! Fort Mill Ford sold me a trash car!!!! I bought a brand new 2014 Ford Focus that slammed on breaks when it downshifted to 1st gear! I have had the transmission, clutch, and tcm replaced and reprogrammed over 4 times! I hate that I spend my hard earned money monthly to pay for a car that isn't even worth a trade in!!!! I bought a certified Pre-owned car. I had the car 3 days when I had to take it to service due a very hard shift between 1st and 2nd shift. They have had the car for over a week and it still isn't fixed. They stated it will be another week. They gave me a rental car that I absolutely loath. They want me to trade out the car that I bought with another car that is a color I do not like and has a very light interior color.
